The object of and demand for relief in the Complaint is to foreclose upon the Plaintiffs Mortgage recorded upon the real estate described below and in which the Plaintiff alleges that the foregoing Defendants have or claim to have an interest: Being a parcel of land situate in Auglaize Township, Allen County, Ohio in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 4 South, Range 8 East and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing for reference at a monument box found for the intersection of the centerline of Brentlinger Road with the centerline of Clum Road and being the Southeast corner of the Southeast ¼ - Thence on and along the centerline of Clum Road South 89 deg 45'05" West, for a distance of 565.00 feet to a P.K. nail set for the principal point of beginning for the parcel to be conveyed by this instrument -Thence continuing on and along said centerline of Clum Road, South 89 deg 45'05" West, for a distance of 247.00 feet to a P.K. nail set-Thence North, for a distance of 300.00 feel to an iron pin set- Thence North 89 deg 45'05" East, for a distance of 247.00 feet to an iron pin set - Thence South, for a distance of 300.00 feet to the point of beginning.
