Form No. 126 Prescribed by the Secretary of State (09-17) Notice of Election on Proposition R.C. 3501.11(G)   Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Village Council of Village of Bluffton of Bluffton, Ohio, passed on the 24th day of June, 2024, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of Village of Bluffton at the Gneral Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th day of November, 2024 the question of: Shall the Ordinance providing for a 0.4 per cent levy increase on income for raising revenue for the capital needs and operations of the Safety Services Departments of the Village of Bluffton, Ohio which includes the Bluffton EMS, Bluffton Fire, and Bluffton Police Departments be passed?   The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on election day.   By order of the Board of Elections, of Allen County, Ohio.
