Form No. 126 Prescribed by the Secretary of State (09-17) Notice of Election on Proposition R.C. 3501.11(G)   Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the Village Council of Village of Elida of Elida, Ohio, passed on the 31st day of July, 2024, there will be submitted to a vote of the people of Village of Elida at the General Election to be held at the regular places of voting on Tuesday, the 5th day of November, 2024 the question of: Shall the Ordinance providing for a 1.1 per cent levy increase on income for meeting the general municipal operations, maintenance, new equipment, extension and enlargement of municipal services and facilities and capital improvements of the village for the Village of Elida be passed?   The polls for the election will be open at 6:30 a.m. and remain open until 7:30 p.m. on election day.   By order of the Board of Elections, of Allen County, Ohio Keith A.
