Courses consist of Hospitality Fundamentals, Fundamentals of Food Production, Baking & Pastry Arts and Dining Room Service & Operations. Assists secondary high school students with work based learning opportunities as well as with post-secondary placement. The Culinary Arts program also manages and operates our school restaurant, Cup & Saucer, as well as participates in a limited number of evens associated with our school.
