An auction will be conducted for each individual property; however, only one property will be sold at a time. After a property is sold, the next scheduled property sale will begin. All sales are given a minimum of one minute to run. Any bids placed with less than thirty seconds remaining on the auction clock which are greater than the current high bid, will automatically extend the bidding period by one full minute, and it will continue in this fashion until the clock runs out. Cole Street, Lima, OH 45805 Said Premises Appraised at $120,000.00 (One Hundred Twenty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars), and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount. TERMS OF SALE: Bidding will start at $80,000 An initial deposit of $5,000.00 must be on account with Real Auction prior to bidding (see online sale/bidding instructions). All money in excess of the required deposit will be applied towards the purchase price of the property.
