Notice of Proposed Action City of Lima DORA Amendment and Approval of Continued Operation Pursuant to O.R.C. §4301.82 (I)(1), Lima City Council gives notice that it will consider Ordinance No. 064-26, An ordinance Amending Ordinance 083-21 Regarding Certain Operational Issues and Approving the Continued Operation of the Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area on Monday, April 6, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building located at 50 Town Square, Lima, Ohio. The Downtown Lima Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area maps and regulations are on file with the Clerk of Council and are available for viewing Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Lima Municipal Building, 50 Town Square, Lima, Ohio.
