Box 88 Bluffton, OH 45817 Plaintiff -vs- Rode's Meats, LLC, et al 4837 Sharf Road Delphos, OH 45833 Defendant In pursuance of an Order of Sale with appraisal in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction using the online auction services of www.acso-oh.us on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 11:00 am, Eastern Time, the online auction will begin. An auction will be conducted for each individual property: however, only one property will be sold at a time. After a property is sold, the next scheduled property sale will begin. All sales are given a minimum of one minute to run. Any bids placed with less than thirty seconds remaining on the auction clock which are greater than the current high bid, will automatically extend the bidding period by one full minute, and it will continue in this fashion until the clock runs out. The property consists of 5 acres located in Marion Township, Delphos, Allen County, Ohio with direct access extending South from Ambrose Drive, situated immediately north of West Lincoln Highway and East of State Route 66. Finished space/food grade facility. Said Premises Appraised at: $5,100,000.00 (Five Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents), and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
