PUBLIC NOTICE – INVITATION TO BID The Putnam County Office of Public Safety is accepting sealed bids for Hazardous Materials Response Services related to a rollover tanker incident, including but not limited to product control, mitigation, recovery, and environmental cleanup. Bids will be received until 4pm on Feb 18 at Putnam County Office of Public Safety , at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Specifications and bid documents may be obtained by contacting Brian K Hilvers, Director at 419-538-7315 or bhilvers@pcops.org, during normal business hours. The Putnam County Office of Public Safety reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
