LEGAL NOTICE In accordance with the Charter of the City of Lima, notice is hereby given that on or before the 30th day of June, 2026, the following resolutions were adopted and ordinances passed by the Council of the City of Lima, publication of which was directed to be made in a summary manner as provided therein; the subject of said legislation being expressed in the caption thereof: I. RESOLUTIONS 011-26 A resolution memorializing the late Mildred “June” Blauvelt, outstanding citizen, and extending condolences to her loved ones on behalf of the Lima City Council. 012-26 A resolution honoring and recognizing Mike Swick, Chief Executive Officer of Lima Memorial Hospital, upon his retirement. 013-26 A resolution memorializing the late Jimmie Lee Farmer, outstanding citizen, and extending condolences to his loved ones on behalf of the Lima City Council. 014-26 A resolution expressing the support for the development application of WAM Timber Ridge Apartments, Wallick Development, LLC, Developer, to the Ohio Housing Finance Agency for multifamily housing funding programs. 015-26 A resolution expressing the support for the development application of St. Johns Crossing, Volker Development, Developer, to the Ohio Housing Finance Agency for multifamily housing funding programs.
