PUBLIC NOTICE The Shawnee Township Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 9, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Shawnee Township Administration Building, 2530 Ft Amanda Road. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the petition of Mr. David Peters (BNO Properties LLC) to rezone parcel (# 46-1310-02-004.001) located at 3270 S. Dixie Hwy to a Business Zoned District (B-II) to allow for the installation and or construction of a parking area designed to accommodate twenty (20) plus vehicles and a drive through lane for his food service business activity.
