Main Street Lima, OH 45801 Plaintiff -vs- Barbara Ann Engle deceased, et al, address unknown Defendant In pursuance of an Order of Sale with appraisal in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction using the online auction services of www.acso-oh.us on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time, the online auction will begin. An auction will be conducted for each individual property; however, only one property will be sold at a time. After a property is sold, the next scheduled property sale will begin. All sales are given a minimum of one minute to run. Any bids placed with less than thirty seconds remaining on the auction clock which are greater than the current high bid, will automatically extend the bidding period by one full minute, and it will continue in this fashion until the clock runs out.
