LEGAL NOTICE FOR PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Lima City Council on Monday, March 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m . at the Lima Municipal Center, located at 50 Town Square, Lima, Ohio 45801 for the purpose of hearing: Re-zoning of multiple parcels in the 700 block of West Spring Street from Class II Residential to Class III Residential to allow for the development of apartments that will be age restricted for senior citizens. This petition is initiated by Sean McMickle on behalf of Spire Development and has been endorsed by the City Planning Commission. Any person desiring to be heard on said matter may do so at the time and place herein specified. The reports, maps and other documents pertaining to the above request are on file in the Office of the Clerk of Council and are open to public inspection.
