LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF LIMA, OHIO 2025 – 2030 HUD Consolidated Plan & 2025 HUD Action Plan RFP The City of Lima is in the final year of the current five-year 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan (ConPlan). The city is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced firms or individual consultants for development of the 2025-2030 ConPlan and 2025 Annual Action Plan. Sealed proposals will be received by the Auditor through the Purchasing Department of the City of Lima, Ohio in the Municipal Center, 50 Town Square, Lima, Ohio 45801 until 10:00 a.m., Lima Time, on Monday, December 2, 2024. Three hard copy proposals and the requisite forms must be submitted and clearly marked on the outside envelope (if mailed or sent by carrier, must be on the outermost shipping envelope) with the words Attention: 2025-2030 ConPlan RFP and sent to the above address. This work shall be performed in accordance with specifications identified in the Request For Proposal document.
